The restaurant started its operation
on 16/11/2000, within the framework of practical training required for the Programmes
of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Culinary Arts. The student training
restaurant is open weekly to the public for lunch from, 13:30 until 15:00, on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, on a reservation basis.
Students are given the opportunity to be exposed to real job situations and practice both technical and conviviality aspects of food and beverage service.
The Higher Hotel Institute Cyprus, is proud to announce that the Student Training Restaurant served its first customers on October 21, 2014. This year the Restaurant will be open to the public for lunch three days a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 13:30 until 15:00 and charges are set at cost price.
