The Student Training Restaurant is open to the public three days per week from the end of October to the middle of December. It then reopens in February and continues offering launches to the public until the end of April. Launch is offered from 13:30 until 15:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on a reservation basis, and charges are set at cost price.
