The HHIC student training restaurant facilitates the training of the students using a simulated industry environment, allowing them to put into practice what they learn in class. It aims to provide the students with the appropriate skills and experiences, heighten their passion for food preparation and service, inspire confidence and professionalism and create a sound foundation for a career in the hospitality industry.
